Smart casual as a minimum. It’s a classy and classic restaurant. There will be a good number of men in jackets and ties. Enjoy!
Is the lunch menu at Rules the same as the dinner menu, more or less? Our reservation are at 4 pm and labeled as "lunch." Thanks in advance.
